Hello all, I’d like to introduce myself and welcome you to this blog. Its going to be about anything and everything relating to historical industry on specific points of interest at museums, rallies and more across the UK. It will also have the odd bit of Meccano thrown in as well with models relating to the same subject all in one place.

However, as a newcomer to the realm of industrial machinery I’ve found it quite daunting with the amount of historical info and technical knowledge involved. So, I thought I’d write this journal as it were to jot down my experiences of what I find, read, visit, and generally find interesting along the way and hope it will help/be of interest to other like-minded enthusiasts.

It’s going to be straight forward, simply laid out site that will have NO adverts and links all over the place as I find that really frustrating on other blog sites :)
